Stefan N. Maier, President & CEO of OmniTop, Inc., CEO of ON
Stefan is an experienced hands-on manager with 30 years of experience in the applied IT industry, covering fields from automation of industrial processes and microprocessor programming, layout and printing for daily newspapers, electronic publishing, to developing complex e-commerce solutions based on booking engines, live API’s, and cloud architecture.
Stefan is exceptionally motivated and naturally inclined towards using best practices for solving problems, with strong ISO-9000 knowledge. He characterizes himself as an agent of change, educator, learner, responsible decision-maker.
With Master degrees in Computer Science and Instructional Technology, he enjoys contributing quality/project management, analytical and training/communication skills in roles in which the main task is to deliver timely results, implementing sound processes with embedded Quality Management Systems knowledge: measurability, accountability, orientation towards client requirements, and adoption of best practices in a Continuous Process Improvement environment.
Managing and completing multiple projects with quality in mind and push for improvement is what Stefan enjoys the most, whether the projects are related to his loving wife and three children or to his job, that he considers a serious but extremely entertaining fulfillment (sometimes even more fun than fishing and releasing trout).
Stefan is actively looking for a COO and a Director of Business Development, and fulfills these roles until new people will join the team of ON Executives.
Alex Satmareanu, Chief Technology Officer of ON
Alex is by excellence a hands on software engineer for whom there are no secrets in the world of computers. A quick learner, he has a particular expertise with integrating .NET solutions (including webservices, SharePoint, DotNetNuke). With an in-depth understanding of critical issues in complex situations and relying on analytical and programming skills, he is not able to just personally complete all assumed assignments in time, as requested by design, functional documents and instructions, but also to guide others in doing so.
Alex is permanently committed to researching and implementing new technologies and algorithms. Evaluating quickly the IT skills of others and helping them to understand and adopt best practices for a more efficient work is always a pleasure for him, provided his students are no-nonsense people. Through his entire activity, Alex promotes higher standards of work ethics and quality, while fully meeting clients expectations and robustness criteria.
Alex likes spending time in the middle of the nature with his loving wife and two children and has most likely postponed getting his International Master title in Chess for a few decades ahead, towards his retirement.

Kraig’s specialized staff spell the difference between outstanding performance, and just good accounting. Meredith and Associates (www.meredithassociates.net) is an OmniTop Partner and Preferred Vendor, having a perfect match of high standards demanding the most of themselves, as we do. Kraig has no liability in his capacity as an OmniTop Executive, however all OmniTop’s accounting operations are performed by Meredith and Associates. The same type of outsourcing arrangement is in place from the liability perspective with all the Executives originating as OmniTop affiliates.
Dorothy N. M., Director of Visual Communications of ON and Executive VP of OmniTop, Inc.
With a Master’s degree in Mathematics and one in Instructional Technology, Dorothy is an accomplished graphic designer. Also experienced in data quality management, Dorothy has relevant knowledge about thousands of locations around the world as in her main line of activity she operates with travel-related information.
Many wonder how she manages to find time for her passion, painting, while never missing an opportunity to shower her family with the gift of happiness, in countless forms.
Until a Director of International Relations will join the team, Dorothy plays this role as well.
