What is the OmniTop Network?

The OmniTop Network is a collaborative environment nurturing fairness, addition and recognition of value, a home for OmniTop’s credo and for everyone sharing similar visions.

With proper communication and balanced propositions, this home will not only grow, but it will also add proof to the belief that the many obstacles associated with the challenges of modern working conditions can be surpassed and the goal of dealing with admirable personas with beautiful credos, can be attained.

Although OmniTop and OmniTop Network are not exactly one and the same thing, there is significant overlapping between the two.

OmniTop, Inc. initiated and initially entirely owned OmniTop Network.
OmniTop Network (ON) is an independent entity, more precisely a type C corporation as defined by the US law. OmniTop Inc., is a type S corporation and an affiliate of the Omnitop Network. ON is owned de facto by its affiliates,  proportionally with their own contributions.

A comprehensive description of all the associated mechanisms regarding the ownership aspect is available to new affiliates that are referred by existing affiliates and  request ON registration.

OmniTop Network has a well defined Business Model, rules, checks and balances, available to its affiliates.
